Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the page opens in the browser. No sign-up or login.

Don't negative reviews reach Google?

The system never blocks, delays or redirects any review. Every customer sees the same option to review on Google, whatever their rating. Sending feedback to the business is an extra channel customers can use if they wish, giving you a chance to fix the problem right away.

Does AI write the reviews?

No. Only the customer's own words go to Google; the system just copies the text to the clipboard and the customer posts it on Google themselves.

Where do notifications go?

To Telegram. You connect your own Telegram account from the panel with a single code, or a staff member's account if you prefer.

Will my international customers understand the page?

Yes. The QR page opens in Turkish, English or Arabic based on the customer's phone language, and they can switch with the button at the top. The panel language is separate, so your choice never affects your customers.

How does setup work?

We take your business name and Google Maps link; your QR cards and panel login are ready the same day. You can print the cards from the panel or have them printed.

Is customer data safe?

Customers aren't asked for personal details. Data is kept on a server we manage ourselves, not a third-party SaaS; the panel is protected by a PIN and attempt lockout.
